What you’ll love about the opportunity:

Join CoRsafe during a pivotal period time of exciting growth and transformation! As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Australia. Your role is crucial in driving CoRsafe's growth, increasing revenue, and expanding market share through strategic sales initiatives.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive qualified pipeline growth by researching and identifying high-potential accounts aligned with CoRsafe’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across logistics, food & beverage, agriculture, construction, and FMCG sectors. 
  • Execute targeted outbound sales activities (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage key decision-makers, such as Operations Managers, Heads of Supply Chain, and Risk & Compliance Leads, on how CoRsafe supports safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Convert interest into opportunity by nurturing prospects through the early stages of the buyer journey. Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless handover of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Develop and tailor sales materials including proposals, capability statements, and risk mitigation case studies that reflect industry-specific compliance needs (e.g. Effluent Code, Wine Code, HACCP-related CoR requirements).
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding business structures and highlighting how CoRsafe’s full platform (Inspector App, eLearning, Supply Chain Register) solves pain points across functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, report on emerging buyer objections, and feedback insights that improve CoRsafe’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting by maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM, contributing to performance analysis, and sharing learnings to help scale best practices.

In addition, you will have; 

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in general insurance or Software-as-a-Service sales (desirable).
  • Exceptional communication skills, where you’re not afraid to pick up the phone!
  • A strong drive to achieve, paired with a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Experience in relationship-driven sales and customer service, with a strong ability to build and maintain client partnerships. Experience in the transport, logistics, or compliance sector is highly regarded.
