As NTI’s Strategic Change Manager, you will play a key role in embedding organisational change across the business. You’ll apply structured change management methodologies to support the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end change activities, from stakeholder engagement to business readiness and post-implementation support.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop targeted mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop high-quality change artifacts, including stakeholder maps and visual communications.
- Lead NTI’s Business Readiness practice, equipping teams with the skills and strategies to successfully navigate change.
What we’ll love about you:
You will have tertiary qualifications in business, management or a similar discipline with a certification in change management methodologies highly regarded. You will be experienced working within change management, business transformation or organisational development with strengths in engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Your experience working within IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies and processes is highly desirable.
You’ll love working on multiple projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Internal Communications and Learning & Development to support your strategies.
You’ll be able to guide best practice and frameworks and your knowledge throughout the transformation process, creating collateral and setting up business readiness.
