Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at NTI, you will be responsible for delivering our most strategic and complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes across technical, financial, and business objectives. • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

What we’ll love about you:

You will have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior role, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide projects that drive significant business impact. You will be highly skilled in stakeholder management and executive communication, adept at influencing and engaging senior leadership. You will have experience implementing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies, ensuring seamless project execution. You will be tertiary qualified in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline, with relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile considered highly desirable. Additionally, you will have exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project. Experience in insurance or financial services will be highly regarded.
